Plan for the session - Record what you will do (shoot distance, score a round, work on your shot routine, etc).
Session debrief - Reflect on your training session. For example, think about what went well, what would you do differently next time, or what challenged you.
Arrow count - How many arrows did you shoot?
Key learnings - What was the most important thing you learnt this week? Maybe it’s making sure you keep your hydration levels up, making sure you get enough sleep, or completing your warm up/cool down.
